Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 7 days from the date of delivery However, during the holiday season when items are usually ordered in advance our return policy is extended to
14 days from date of delivery.
You may return your item, if print quality did not meet our recommended standard or an error was found on your printed product due to our negligence. You may also return the product
(if you received an incorrect or defective item.)
You could expect to receive your refund within three weeks when your package is returned to us
however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
